1: CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
At Halfworn Australia we pride ourself on the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to return your item within 14 days of the purchase. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, which product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Include a brief explanatory note with the return which includes your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed we will notify you once we have received your parcel.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.
2: MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING?
- From time to time we may offer discount codes which may apply to all, or specific products made through the Halfworn Australia Website.
- Discount codes are not applicable on sale items.
- Only one discount code can be used against an order at any one time.
- A discount code can't be applied to an order after that order has been placed.
- If the discount code has expired, you won’t be able use it.
- Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
3: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (1 - 3 business days from placing your order).
4: WHERE IS MY ORDER POSTED FROM?
All orders are posted from our warehouse in Melboune, Victoria.
